I applied online. After approx. 2 weeks I received email request to meet with hiring manager. Met with hiring manager and was told that I would need to meet with a person from HR. Two days later met with person with HR, received a phone call with offer from hiring manager that same day.

Very disorganized interview process with very little communication. Could not even provide the decency of sending a rejection until almost 2 months later. Hiring team was very cold and seems like they were just giving the interview to check the box and go with an internal person. Based on my conversations it seems like this rejection is for the better as the culture seems depressing and this is from someone who works at a pretty traditional bank.
Pretty standard questions. Held multiple rounds. Nothing stood out as different from other interviews I have had recently. Building and workspace is very modern with good amenities Every I met was friendly and knowledgeable.
