Inquisitive of specific skills and how they were applied. Were very interested in detailed explanations of previous work that I had completed. Wanted very clear and concise answers. The interview process was in multiple parts. Overall positive experience.

Basic interview questions. Go through my background, ask about my experiences. My career interest, why do you want to work for us. What’s your five year career plan. Basic interview questions. People are nice and not really hard questions

Interview
It was a Webex interview that lasted 25 minutes. Very casual and laid back. The woman interviewing me was really personable. There is also a second round of interviews in the La Jolla office in person.

Interview
It was a very delayed process. The interview didn't take responsibility for not showing up to the interview they rescheduled and blamed someone else. They also didn't respect my time. When it came to the actual initial screening interview, they asked cookie cutter questions that didn't have to do with the role.
