First spoke with the AVP of Talent , that meeting went well and he set up a follow up with the EVP. That's where the process nosedived. The EVP could not have been less interested in talking to me, he was rude, seemed completely disengaged and arrogantly detached. A few other meetings followed but the feeling of just going through the motions was the overarching theme. If that is their company culture I would not be interested in any other roles with LPL. This to me indicates a complete lack of respect for associates and I want to invest my time in a company that values me.
