I applied and interviewed twice over the course of a week. After two weeks I accepted an offer, a very generous one might I add. The process was smooth and simple.

Interview
This was a remote position and all interviews were virtual.
First interview was a during a Virtual Hiring Event through "Indeed". Registered for the event, picked a time slot and completed the online application before joining the interview. She asked me about myself and explained the role in greater detail.
Got an email from the recruiting coordinator a week later to set up the second interview (which also happened to me the final round). The manager interviewed me and asked about my goals, a couple of behavioral questions and questions to gauge my interest in LPL and the industry.
Received an offer through phone followed my email a week after my 2nd interview.
