you sumbit the apllication and a recruiter will be in touch with you. they ask you a series of questions and then you are forwarded on to the hiring manager. they will email or conatct you to set up an interview and then you go in for a 3 panel interview in conference room, basic interview question and answer format, about 45 minutes long. very relaxed environment
