Interview
Interview process was quite challenging. The interviewers asked a lot of questions involving different scenarios you might be faced with at a call center. Initially, I applied online. I met with one person in the beginning who highlighted some of my qualifications that were related to customer service. After I met with AVP and another worker for a more formal interview.

How would you handle a call, when your supervisor wishes to speak with you, and while your colleague is messaging you to get a task done.

Met with a group of 5 managers. Waited about 2 weeks and then received a call from a manager. After speaking with the manager about the offer, HR followed up with an offer letter and new hire paperwork.

Started with a 10 Minute Phone Screening with HR, was contacted later that day to schedule a on site interview a few days later. On site interview was about 30 minutes with two managers, followed by a brief 10 minute meeting with upper management. Learn as much about the company as possible and be prepared to give examples from past employment
