Typical corporate, multi-tiered interview process, which included an application, an in-person interview, portfolio submissions, and successful completion of a timed writing test. There was also a drug test and onboarding process.

I interviewed over the phone and reviewed my work experience with the HR manager. A few days later, I was asked to complete a writing test, which the HR manager talked me through. I completed the writing test and was brought in for a final interview. The interview was very relaxed. I spoke with the HR manager again and the managing editor. Both conversations were relaxed and friendly. I did not receive an offer, but, overall, the process was relaxed and professional. This was my first experience with a final interview since graduating college, and I have to say that it was very beneficial.
