I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LSB Industries (Pryor Creek) in Apr 2023
Interview
Casual conversation with 3-4 people. Asked some pre-written questions like “what’s the hardest thing you’ve run into in school and how did you deal with it”
Not a scary interview experience.

Interview
Phone calls with recruiter, and ACE manager, on site visit. Offered job but did not accept. There were a few reservations I had personally and professionally that kept me from accepting.
Everyone be there was nice and seemed like they were continuing to build upon a good program and are invested in the process.
