One stage interview with head of HR (hiring manager) and project service manager. Interview was conducted via teams meeting. The process from invitation to interview until offer was made lasted approximately one week.

- Asked to provide academic background and relevant experience. - Asked follow-up questions about previous relevant work experience. - Asked about willingness to work in rotating shift pattern.
Candidate via company website, contacted via email. Had 2 interviews, preliminary one with HR officer and second with supervisor as well. Quiet interview, more oriented to motivational aspects than technical ones. Explanation of job description and benefits.
