Interview
Straight forward, slightly technical, nothing unmanageable. Decent managers with in depth experience asking very direct questions. Said they will get back to me in 2 weeks and they did. Electronics, electrical engineering concepts, power systems design, data analysis and VLSI were some of the areas of discussion.

Interview
First there was a tech+apti written round. it was ok.
2-3 rounds of tech interveiw with ques on digital design and programming
ques on projects were asked
HR was ok.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at LSI (Shanghai, Shanghai) in Feb 2010
Interview
There are 3 round of interview. First will be local technical interview and then you will meet the manager. After that you will be interviewed by US engineer. If you passed these 2 , then the HR manager will give a final interview and provide the compensation.
