LSO interview questions

Basically applied online, came in and talked with them and I was hired on. They just want to know what makes you want to work as a driver and how did you hear about them.

Two interviews less than a week apart. One on phone and one in person. Interview experience was going great. The interviewer spoke to me like I already had the job. I exceeded the requirements, my experience was fantastic, she even said she knew I’d do a fantastic job, it would be so easy for me. I could help her with so much, how much she needed this help. Then... she even asked if I could start the following week. We talked some more about some things she wanted to implement including diversity training, she even said it was true that the company was only hiring a certain race in management positions. Yikes! After the interview she said I’d get a call in two days. No call. No response for a few more days, then contacted just to tell me that she changed her mind and will no longer be hiring that position. Would not consider this company in the future.
