3 total interviews. The first two with two superiors and last one with the director of the department plus the 2 superiors. Pushed you out of your comfort zone. Wanted to know who you were and what you brought to the table.
On the 3rd interview, you had to come up with a program that you would propose to the department and explain it.

I was interviewed by the department chair, who was also my former statistics professor. He was kind and helpful. He described the position and which professors I would be working with. We talked about my career goals and job opportunities that would likely be available to me after I graduated. The entire interview lasted about 45 minutes.
