Interview
There were 3 rounds of interview, 2 technical and 1 HR, the recruiter was very rude with the compensation mentioning fixed budget, 1st and 2nd round happened within 3 days gap but for the HR round, had to continuously do follow-ups with recruiter to get it scheduled. After 8-9 days, the HR round happened and then few days later, status in the portal was marked as Rejected even after clearing all the rounds of interview. Also there was no communication from team or email about dropping my candidature, so unprofessional. Worst recruitment team. Also, the BGV and document submission happened before the HR round for salary discussion which is very wrong and not providing the offer after clearing all the rounds and spending so much time following up.

1st round was purely technical on core concepts of Java along with coding and 2nd round was focussed more towards your experience and high-level/architectural questions along with coding
The interview was good
Mostly in detail about project requirments and some coding challenges and interviewer was good in detail explain, interviewer was looking for the real time challenges in AWS, EMR and datapipelien how we are handling those

first given virtual technical assessment round for 90 min
then technical round around 45 min
now portal shows status HR but still they told that one more technical round is there.
the process was pretty smooth . the hr was helpful but left me hanging even after two rounds. did not recieve any rejection email. tried to follow up but did not get any response .

they mostly asked about js fundamentals but focused more on why than what. asked few advanced react concepts such as forwardref ,useImperativeHandle and also about unit testing , cicd.
