I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LTM Limited (Calcutta) in Dec 2024
Interview
It was an on-campus interview. The first step was the screening process. If someone filled out the form incorrectly, they were most likely going to be rejected. Within two weeks, we received the link for the online assessment. The assessment was divided into six parts:
English Comprehension: 15 minutes
Logical Ability: 15 minutes
Quantitative Ability: 15 minutes
Computer Programming: 35 minutes
Computer Science: 20 minutes
Spoken English: 20 minutes
After two months, we received the list of shortlisted students for the technical round. Around 20% of the students were shortlisted. We went to the LTIMindtree office for the interview. The technical interview questions focused on basic concepts from CS subjects and core coding knowledge.
Two days later, they announced the list of students shortlisted for the HR round. About 30% of the students made it to this round. It was a relatively easy round.
Two days after that, they announced the final list of selected candidates. Only 4–5% of students were rejected during the HR interview.
Thankfully, I cleared all the rounds. I believe you can do it too! Best of luck, and have a great day!
