I applied in November, and heard nothing until February, when I was contacted to attend an online assessment centre day with less than 1 weeks notice. I was given 3 days notice on what to prepare for the day, including a presentation, and that was only after I asked. The assessment day itself was run very well, starting with an interview, followed by a technical task, lunch break, group task, and finally our presentations. At the end of the day, they said that we would hear from them within 1 week, and they would provide feedback. They replied 2 weeks later, and did not reply to me when I asked for feedback twice.
