3 stage interview process. Very formal were not intrested to hear my experience and how it help achiving different projects. They were focused on their scenario questions which were making people nervous. No feedback why not taken to stage 3 or pass or fail... not very professional.

Competency based interview and 2 stage interview process. Initially with the hiring manager and HR which then followed on with the interview process with area head - the latter interview being shorter 30 minute one

Question 1
Give me an example of where you managed difficult stakeholders
Very rigorous, 3 rounds with a few different managers as well as team members. Could have been more stream lined but I guess it is what it is. Would recommend to anyone looking to get foot in to the door.
