There really wasn't one. My best friend worked there and they boss and manager really liked her and they figured she should have nice friends so I was offered the job before they even met me.

The interview process at La Cucina Sul Mare in Falmouth was very simple. The owner of the restaurant simply sat down with us and asked us why we wanted to work with them and how we would help their business. It was more of a conversation rather than a stressful interview.
