Hi - firstly, my apologies - we aim for a high standard when it comes to the way we conduct interviews, so I am sorry we were short of the mark as far as you were concerned. In order to improve the process, we did look into. Although it was few years back and the person you mentioned is now in a different role, it has been a strong reminder for the team that every interview counts in terms of making a lasting impression.
