Interview
Apply Online to individual school. Take Qualifying Assessment that contains general questions about work ethic, morals, ect. as well as math, reading maps, following directions.
If you pass: continue on to an interview.
Talk with Assistant Director or Director. They ask you questions like "What would you do in (blank) situation?" or "tell me about a time you had a conflict with a parent/fellow employee"
Usual questions for working with children based on knowledge and experience.

Interview
The interview priceless took about three days.
I applied online and they called me back less than 24 hours.
And then they asked me to come in the next day.
They are going to ask you to resend your résumé or bring your résumé in with you because they will not have that information.
You will need to get a TB test,background check, and fingerprints.
They will want you to start as soon as possible because they are always low staffed.

Very straight forward, basic questions about why you would like to work with kids. What is your passion with working with kids. What is your education level and how it relates to the job.

Interview
Quick phone interview/screening for a lead teacher position. Was less than five minutes and was told they were looking at someone with my background. Was asked about five simple questions about my experience, degree, why I want to work with children, pay, and preference on shifts.
