In-person interview with two operational team members. The first interview included both behavioural and market knowledge questions, which were of relatively limited complexity in the first round. The later stages include an excel test.

The interview process began with an initial recruiter call followed by two additional behavioral interviews one with the team you would be on. They then reached out for an onsite with senior executives along with a technical component.
