Interview
I interviewed with a placement recruiter wanting an internal position. I had a phone interview and I was called a few days later to come in for a second round interview. I met with two team leads, then the manager and director for the second round. I then was asked to submit a writing sample and a powerpoint before being invited for a third round interview.

Interview
I was recruited by an internal recruiter to come in for an in-person interview. The interview was about an hour long. The questions seemed a bit different than most interviews. It was more about my family and what they do, which was strange. The hiring managers were extremely nice however.
