The first phone screen with the Internal Recruiter was followed by a round of Face-to-Face interviews with the Internal Recruiter, Sales Director, Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Recruiting Officer, Chief HR Officer and CEO. The second stage was to send in my business plan presentation for my first 90 days. Following this, I met with the CEO and CRO to informally discuss the plan. After this stage, an offer was made.
Overall the interview process was very slick. I was very impressed with how quickly they moved the process along. Usually, the first time you go into see a company they don't have you meet with as many people as I did however if LaSalle sees somebody they like, they will do everything they can to move the process as quickly as possible. This is a great reflection of how the company operates overall, they are agile, entrepreneurial, and they are happy to take calculated risks.
I was impressed with the quality of questions that were asked, once they feel that they have accurately assessed your ability, the questioning focuses almost entirely on cultural fit as this is what LaSalle values most.
