I interviewed with LaSalle for an Internal Recruiter position and with multiple recruiters to place me. I loved everyone I worked with! They were all super helpful and communicative. I've used many other staffing agencies and none of them are as responsive and engaged as LaSalle. They've kept in contact with me for over a year, casually checking in to see if they can help in anyway. Would very much recommend this agency if you're looking for a job. Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. I spoke with a corporate recruiter first for 30 min. They actually dug in fairly deep. From there I spoke with a recruiting manager and a practice manager. At the end of all of this there was a case study.

How many searches on average are you currently able to handle?
There were 3 rounds of interviews, spread out across 2 months. Questions were easy and straight forward. There was an initial phone screen IV, then 2 video interviews after. The video interviews were about 30 min each.
