I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LaSalle Network in June 2022
Interview
I was sourced through LinkedIn by a project manager. Things moved pretty fast as I was phone screened the day she reached out, had a Zoom interview 2 days later, had one last interview in person with 2 unit managers a week after. About another week later I received an offer.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. I spoke with a corporate recruiter first for 30 min. They actually dug in fairly deep. From there I spoke with a recruiting manager and a practice manager. At the end of all of this there was a case study.
