Question 1
1) Resume + Background 2) Why LaSalle, Department Information, Discuss Any Challenges You've Had, Department Discussion 3) Conduct Day-to-Day Shadowing Duties, What Makes You an Ideal Candidate
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2024
Interview
Long and strenuous. The recruiters will call you before your interview to give you a pep talk and try to give you a preemptive outline for the interview. After the interview, they will call again and ask for feedback and how your external interviews are going. Expect many scheduled calls with a variety of VP's and Managers that ultimately lead you no closer to obtaining a job - they are just conversations to make sure you're not a freak. The final interview is a panel style presentation about yourself in front of 8-10 executives where they hit you with questions about your character and what your understanding of the position is. In total, my interview experience was 7 different Calls and Interviews spending over 1.5 months preparing, only to not be offered the position.

Question 1
What are the 10 positions you will be recruiting for?
The interview process is quite lengthy. At first, you will have a phone screening with a member of the internal recruiting team, then I met with a couple hiring managers that were in different recruiting teams. The last step was to meet with one of the vice presidents of the company.
