After 15 days of silence, I was suddenly informed that my profile was “on hold” — with no clarity, accountability, or apology for the delay or the impact it had on my career decisions. This kind of treatment reflects a serious lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect for candidates’ time and careers. A company that cannot honor its own commitment or communicate transparently during the hiring process raises major red flags about how it treats employees internally. I strongly urge future candidates to exercise caution and not make any important decisions based on verbal commitments from this organization.
