The interview process was very thorough and involved several stages of interviewing. First, it began with a phone interview to review the basic information about the organization: position needs, my salary desires, my qualifications, etc. Then, I was brought into to meet with the team one on one. I was then given a homework assignement to complete over the course of a week and return to talk about the assignment. The assignment was a real world challenge that they needed solving: translating nebulous and complicated business processes into simple and clear to understand visuals that helped consumers understand what we do. I completed the assignement and present it to the whole team and discussed my process and approach. I then waited to hear back.
