I applied online. I interviewed at Labelmaster (Chicago, IL) in July 2019
Interview
Started with a phone interview from an HR person; they didnt seem to know much about the job, and you can tell they only had a few scripted questions. Next was an in-person inteview with one of the managers. This was very helpful and we had good discussions about the position. She was very helpful and even gave me a tour of the building to get a better idea of the company and what they do. Finally, had a second in-person interview with the director. He asked some difficult questions about how to respond in difficult situations, but when done I then got to sit with a team member for 20 minutes to get an even better feel how the job may go.
