Labster Customer Success Manager interview questions

The process was 3 interviews, two were the usual meet and greet with the hiring managers and the third was a presentation. After getting through all 3 stages, being told that they enjoyed the conversation etc they decided to hire internally. Usually, this is fine but they offered no feedback, the email was very short and to be honest, I feel like I completely wasted my time. They clearly had someone in mind and had to hit quota.
