Had a phone screening with the recruiter to setup an in person interview. Interview went well as I was subsequently invited for another interview. The second interview didn’t start off great as the two engineers were at least 30 minutes late, and then seemed more concerned that I would be “bored” with the role. I contacted the recruiter twice a two weeks after to get a clarity on the status and I haven’t heard back since. Not even a rejection email. Just ghosted. I realized a few months later, that they hired someone internally. AND they just posted another similar role - with the same pay and same job description as the previous role I interviewed for. Very lazy of them. AND that internal person was already promoted to the very position that they posted online. Posting the role AFTER they hired for it is just arrogant and disrespectful to every candidate that you potentially interview because these candidates now have zero don’t chance. Completely unprofessional company and interview process I would not recommend them at all.
