Lafayette School interview questions

There was no formal interview or lengthy questions. The application process is very simple and easy to complete. After filling out the general application, you are required to fill out various forms, watch substitute teaching instructional videos, and pass a background check.

There was a team of interviewers who met with me and asked various questions. The group was comprised of a department head and principals. The most stressful part was knowing the job position everyone held. They were all very nice and I felt at ease once I got over the initial panic of a panel interview.
