Lake|Flato interview questions

After applying through their website, I eventually heard back about 2-3 months later. I then had an initial interview with a Senior Architect/Studio Director. This was followed by a 2nd team interview and then negotiations with Studio Director and Principal once an offer was presented. I ultimately declined due to the offer not being acceptable.
