Very unprofessional- emails unreturned. Or answered weeks later. Finally got an interview scheduled but was never contacted at the decided time. Emailed to follow up but never heard back. Expected more

For twelve months I was a travel nurse so there wasn't an online application process nor formal interview with the entire management team. The travel nursing agency found an opening for someone with my skills, they gave me the info needed for me to get in touch with my new supervising nurse. She is a busy woman with responsibilities so new did not speak long. But I can say that during the informal interview we did develop a rapport.
