Phone screen which led to a second series of interviews with 30 minute blocks of interviews with either senior employees alone or groups of employees. Overall not a bad interview process

phone screening and then onsite Interview with management and QC team went really well and received job offer as well. But they have downgraded position from Senior Manager to Manager to reduce the budget. Declined it due to that reason.
