Called to corporate office to have someone in HR ask a few questions, go over resume, and I'm pretty sure I had to take a simulated customer service test. After that you're called to meet with the branch manager, and from there it's decided if you'll get hired or not.

easy hiring process, everyone was very friendly and the hr department is very nice. the only issue was that the headquarters was kind of a long drive for me other than that the experience was a nice one
