Interview
Three interviews: 1) Phone interview, 2) In-person interview with a hiring committee, and 3) a performance-based interview. I would say that the interview process was very easy and straightforward,; however, I possessed a unique combination of specialized knowledge and experience that made me highly qualified for the position.
