Lakeside Industries interview questions

There were two rounds total and both were a great experience. They really care about getting to know you and how you align with values and other people within the company.

Telephone interview followed by an in person interview with the HR Director that included a walkthrough of the work area. Second interview was with the HR Director and CFO. Very pleasant, thorough and informative. They were reasonably flexible with scheduling. The overall feel was warm and welcoming.
