Lakshya Software Technologies interview questions

My Interview Process took 2 days. Initial call was First Round of interview which was Telephonic Interview, where they test your Communication Skills, and after the Telephonic Interview the second round was made thorugh Video Interview, they asked What do I know about my job role, Specifications. The next day I was confirmed and they asked me to submit my previous company documents suck as experienc letter, Relieving letter and payslips.
