Online screening depends on your luck (you have to have some kind of technical degree, will not matter if you don’t have experience before). They will invite you to the site for initial hiring exam. It is middle schooler’s math grade involving conversions. Super easy. If you pass certain grade, they might invite you for user interview. Questions were pretty odd, the job assignment is also not transparent.
