      CNA Interview

      30 Apr 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Lancaster, PA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lancashire Hall (Lancaster, PA) in May 2012

      Interview

That is funny if you have legs and can walk they'll hire you HR is a joke Staffing has a revolving door. I handed in my application, had an interview and was called back in the parking lot before I left and told I was hired. Nothing is professionally handled there.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How would I handle a difficult resident. How well I worked with others. Was I a team player. Would I work overtime. Why I wanted to work with the elderly.
