Recruiter sent over my details to LandTech with some short answers to behavioural questions. LandTech set up a call with a lead engineer to discuss further, I think for most people this is a quick chat to get to see if proceeding with the interview process is agreeable for both parties but mine was a bit more probing, as I'm a bit earlier in my career. Second stage was a 1h15m interview with a couple of behavioural questions followed by a technical coding challenge and time for questions from me. 3rd and final stage was 4 45 minute mini interviews - an HR interview, another pair programming session, a systems design session and a behavioural interview with the head of engineering. Interviewed on a Friday and had the offer on Monday.
