The interview process was incredibly smooth, and was 1) initial call with recruiter (Jonathan) 2) First stage interview with Head of Customer Success 3) Final stage interview with the Head of CS, CS Team Lead & Senior CS - this was made up of a pre-interview task data presentation followed by questions.

Interview
1st stage, HR screening was your usual generic get to know you and your experience kind of conversation. Expectations of role and company set here too.
2nd stage, was a 1 hour chat with potential line manager. Going into much more detail about role specific requirements.
3rd stage was 30 mins with HR for a cultural based interview and a 1 hour task based presentation to potential line manager and members of the team.
Throughout the process everyone was highly engaging and very warm. All in all, a really positive experience.
