I interviewed at Lander University (Greenwood, SC)
Interview
I interviewed towards the end of the semester of my bachelors degree a few weeks later, I got a response. I had a panel of people that I talked to and they asked relevant questions pertaining to the role I was interviewing for.

Question 1
How would I support teachers in their future endeavors?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lander University (Greenwood, SC) in Nov 2024
Interview
The CIO reached out to me after I applied and we talked about the position, which was nice. This was followed by a video panel interview with the CIO and another employee (without his camera on). The off-camera interviewer seemed determined to ask "gotcha" questions that were not the type of thing that most network engineers would be able to answer off the top of their head. It felt like he was pulling random CCNP questions out of a study guide, and then they asked a "scenario" question that I later found out was an actual problem they're currently troubleshooting... so it felt like they were just using my experience and knowledge for free under the ruse of an interview. I followed up with an email to the CIO after the panel interview and was never received a response.
