Applied online through handshake, then a week later a phone interview was scheduled. Phone interview is mostly about my background with a few technicals on secondaries and LBOs and a few behaviorals. Two weeks later I heard back that I had a super day. Superday was really nice, they bought all the interviewees steak dinners. Super days have two people interview you at a time. Technical questions on secondaries, accounting, LP interests, valuations, and some other pretty advanced technical questions. Asked to discuss current events and talk about how that would affect private equity. Standard behavioral questions.
