I applied online. I interviewed at LanguageLine Solutions (Waterloo, IA) in June 2023
Interview
Took several tests and a practice interview segment to get ready for the initial interview. The first part of the test was really easy for me, but the second test really made me nervous. Although we had a lot of time to answer and interpret the language that was being said by the automated bot I was still overwhelmed. You only get several chances to listen again to the audio before giving plenty of time to answer.

The interviewer asked basic questions about your background and interest. Then she went over what are the pertinent next steps (i.e. a preliminary test to assess your language skills). She's very informative and helpful. I sense a genuine interest in the interviewer to get your pass the language test requirement and to help you.
