I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at LanguageLine Solutions (Manchester, England) in July 2016
Interview
Emailed application (CV and letter), was contacted by phone for a brief discussion and arranged for a telephone interview (which was very informal and relaxed), followed by a skills assessment (role play). The whole process was explained clearly and there were emails to follow up.
