Interview
The Interviewer was not very personable at all and seemed to be annoyed they were calling me, which was very off-putting. All indications from their pre-screening process made it seem like salary options were negotiable. Knowing that they were looking to offer $15 an hour when the average rate for an interpreter in Colorado is $18-$20 could have saved me a huge deal of time. More so than anything I was disappointed, with the interview process and the fact the interviewer was more than 5 minutes late calling me, which she made no effort to mention. In the reverse situation, as in interviewee, I think being even 5 minutes late is cause for apology.
I am on the first interview process, the interviewer is nice and explained the process and the following steps. I passed the first interview, then prepared the language t assessment.
