I applied through the website and after several months a recruiter reached out to me to see if I was still interested. We exchanged a few emails then followed a link for the interview which was just standard questions I had to record myself answering over webcam. Each question was timed. After this I waited some more and then received instructions on the next steps which were administrative formalities and a drug test. After all was complete I was officially hired.
