First, there is an Initial interview over the phone, Then, the Language Proficiency Screening takes place to assess your language skills (grammar, vocabulary, etc.). The last part is a pre-recorded mock call that you can prepare for by studying the vocabulary you are given in advance.

Short, it wasn't an actual interview. She just asked if I had experience and she did most of the talking. Said I was hired but then called again and rejected because of where I am from.
