First, talk to a rectuiter, then skill test over the phone. If you pass the test, you will be hired. You have two weeks of training. The training is very through and good.

completing few forms and documents
then start training
CV screening > phone screening > interpreting assessment > training period > pass
Interpreting assessment was the hardest part of he process for me. Make sure you are well-prepared and keep calm.
